Mark Gallagher, CPA, CFE
Mark is a member of Willis Towers Watson’s Forensic Accounting & Complex Claims Practice. He has been involved in investigative accounting since 1975 and has extensive experience in the field of valuation and litigation support.
Prior to Willis Towers Watson, Mark was Managing Director with Standard & Poor’s Corporate Value Consulting at the time of its merger with Duff & Phelps in 2005. Prior to joining Standard & Poor’s, Mark was a partner with Deloitte & Touche, where he practiced in the company’s Intellectual Property and Insurance Claims Analysis groups.
Mark has been involved in engagements, both as an expert and a consultant, related to disputes arising from patent, trademark and copyright infringement, business interruptions claims, fidelity and fraud investigations, antitrust, damage calculations, breach of contract and product liability. He has testified in proceedings involving insurance claims, intellectual property claims, product liability and third-party lawsuits. Mark has served numerous industries including retail, real estate, gasoline distributors and healthcare.
Mark holds a BS in accounting, Baruch College, The City University of New York and is a Certified Public Accountant in Georgia, Florida and New York.
